OUR STORY

A Mission Born From Faith

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Tram A. Nguyen, Hand-in-Hand began with a simple belief: when people come together and generously share their gifts, talents, and resources, they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Today, our volunteers serve communities locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and internationally in rural areas of Vietnam, bringing hope and essential services to individuals and families who may otherwise have limited access to care.

“I planted, Apollos watered,
but God caused the growth.”

— 1 Corinthians 3:6

Together, we serve.
Together, we make a difference.

OUR MISSION

Healthcare. Education. Clean Water.

Our mission is to provide healthcare resources, treatment, medications, education, and humanitarian assistance to underserved communities. Through the generosity of our volunteers, healthcare professionals, donors, sponsors, businesses, and community partners, we strive not only to address immediate needs but also to create lasting improvements in the communities we serve.

More Than a Mission

For us, a mission is about more than the number of patients treated or services provided. It is about the people we meet, the lives we touch, and the hope we share.

It is about volunteers discovering that giving can transform the lives of both the person receiving and the person serving. That is what it means to work Hand in Hand.
